2. We may offer distribution of our publication, “New Virginia: The Story of Reace,” and related materials. Availability is not guaranteed and may be limited. Any associated fees, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of request.
3. Event registrations (including education, public events, and faith- or community-based gatherings) are subject to availability and any posted participation guidelines. Fees, if applicable, will be disclosed at registration.
4. You may receive email confirmations for donations, material requests, or event registrations when applicable.

3. Fulfillment of Materials

1. When we provide physical materials, processing times may vary. We aim to process requests in a reasonable timeframe.
2. We primarily serve the United States. International fulfillment may be limited or unavailable.
3. If materials arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a description of the issue and relevant photos. If inventory allows, we may offer a replacement; otherwise, we may offer an alternative remedy consistent with nonprofit regulations.

4. Changes and Cancellations

1. You may request changes or cancellation of an event registration prior to the event start, subject to any posted event policies.
2. Donations are generally not cancellable or refundable once processed, except as required by law or in cases of processing error.
